DoctorVoice Technology (“DoctorVoice”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of licensed healthcare providers using the DoctorVoice for Doctors mobile application, website, and related services.
This Privacy Policy explains how DoctorVoice for Doctors collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information when healthcare providers use the platform and related services.
By using DoctorVoice for Doctors, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Device and Technical Information
When you access DoctorVoice for Doctors, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
Device type and identifiers

1.5 Payment Information
Payment and earnings information may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers. DoctorVoice does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.

DoctorVoice applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect healthcare and personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Only authorized personnel with appropriate access permissions may access sensitive information.
6. Data Retention
DoctorVoice retains information only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, maintain patient safety, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect platform security.
6.1 Account and Professional Information
Professional and account-related information may be retained for the duration of the account and for additional periods where required by healthcare, licensing, audit, tax, legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations.
6.2 Patient Records and Consultation Information
Patient records, consultation history, clinical notes, medical documentation, and related healthcare information may be retained in accordance with applicable healthcare laws, patient safety requirements, continuity of care obligations, insurance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
6.3 Payment and Financial Information
Payment records and financial information may be retained as required for accounting, tax, anti-fraud, audit, legal, and financial reporting purposes.
6.4 Technical and Security Information
Technical information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, crash logs, authentication records, login history, and security logs may be retained for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, monitoring, auditing, operational continuity, and security purposes.
6.5 Deletion or Anonymization
When information is no longer required, DoctorVoice may securely delete, anonymize, archive, or restrict access to the information in accordance with applicable laws and operational requirements.
7. Data Deletion Requests
Healthcare providers and users may request deletion of their account or personal information through the application or by contacting:

DoctorVoice may verify the identity of the requester before processing deletion requests for security and compliance purposes.
Verified requests are generally processed within thirty (30) days where legally and technically feasible.
After deletion:
User access may be terminated
Profiles may no longer be visible
Certain information may be deleted, anonymized, archived, or restricted
Certain healthcare, legal, financial, audit, security, fraud prevention, and patient safety records may continue to be retained where required by law or regulatory obligations.
Some information stored in backups or secure archives may remain temporarily until automatic deletion cycles are completed.
8. User Rights
Depending on applicable laws, users may have the right to:
Access their personal data
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of personal data
Object to certain processing activities
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Request a portable copy of certain information

9. Children’s Privacy
DoctorVoice for Doctors is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that information from a child has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information promptly.

DoctorVoice for Doctors services may contain links to third-party websites or services that operate independently from DoctorVoice.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of those third parties.
11. Data Breach Notifications
In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, DoctorVoice may notify affected users through email, in-app notifications, text messages, or other appropriate communication methods in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.
12. International Transfers
Your information may be processed, stored, or transferred through systems and service providers located in different countries where legally permitted and operationally necessary.
DoctorVoice takes reasonable measures to ensure appropriate protection of transferred information.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
DoctorVoice may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Updated versions will be posted within the DoctorVoice for Doctors application or website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

Terms of Use (Doctor Agreement)

Introduction:
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the applications, websites, content, and services (“Services”) provided by DoctorVoice Technology, an IT and telecommunications company specializing in data centers, for doctors in Egypt.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between DoctorVoice Technology (“DoctorVoice” or “DoctorVoice App” or “we”or a neutral technical intermediary) and you as a doctor using the platform (“User” or “you” or “your” or “Doctor” or “Service Provider”).
By accessing and using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, thereby forming a contractual relationship between you and DoctorVoice Technology. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
DoctorVoice may modify these Terms from time to time. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon being posted on the DoctorVoice website or app.
By continuing to use DoctorVoice’s Services after any amendments are posted, you agree to comply with the updated Terms.
DoctorVoice may, in compliance with applicable laws, terminate these Terms, suspend any of its Services, or restrict access to the Services or any part thereof at any time and for any reason.
Additional terms may apply to specific Services, such as policies related to specific events, activities, or promotional campaigns. These additional terms will be disclosed to you when applicable and will be considered part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail concerning the relevant Services.
DoctorVoice may amend the terms related to the Services from time to time. These modifications will take effect once published on the app or website. Continued use of the Services after these modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Declaration:
The Doctor declares that they comply with the provisions of Law No. 415 of 1954, as amended by Law No. 153 of 2019, concerning the practice of medicine, and adhere to Law No. 13 of 2025 concerning the regulation of medical liability and patient safety.
The Doctor employing the service ("Service Provider") declares that they are licensed to practice medicine in the Arab Republic of Egypt in accordance with Law No. 415 of 1954 and its amendments, and that they fully comply with the provisions of applicable Egyptian laws, and in particular:
• Law No. 13 of 2025 concerning the regulation of medical liability and patient safety.
• Law No. 151 of 2020 concerning the protection of personal data.
• All ethical charters and professional codes of conduct issued by the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and the Egyptian Health Council.
They further declare that they will perform their professional duties with the integrity, honesty, and accuracy required by the profession, and will provide the patient with the care necessary to maintain their well-being, in accordance with national and international standards of safe medical practice.
1. Our Services:
1.1 The Services (a neutral technical intermediary) enable users of DoctorVoice Technology's mobile applications, available as part of the Services (each referred to as the "Application"), to provide digital (remote) medical consultation and follow-up services, treatment plans (as digital prescriptions), and the ability to request X-rays, laboratory tests, and images of affected areas from patients after receiving audio recordings of health complaints and medical data submitted by patients (application users) in the form of a patient form. The patient can also attach images of affected areas, medical reports, X-rays, and laboratory tests, which are responded to in the form of voice messages as a remote medical consultation service. The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use and are not used in medical emergencies.
2. Registration Requirements:
2.1 The doctor must be registered with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and hold a valid medical practice license.
2.2 The doctor must submit all required documents to verify their eligibility.
2.3 Submit a valid certificate confirming membership in the government insurance fund
2.4 DoctorVoice reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the provided information from the Doctor.
2.5 Any change that occurs in the legal licenses to practice the profession must be reported to the first party and work must cease. Failure to comply with this entails bearing full legal responsibility, civilly or criminally.
3. License:
3.1 Subject to compliance with these Terms, DoctorVoice Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, and revocable license to:
• Access and use the App on your personal device solely for the purpose of using the Services.
• Access and use the content, information, and related materials made available through the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 The service provider is prohibited from exceeding the limits of the license granted to him.
4. Intellectual Property:
4.1 All content published and available on the App or website is the property of DoctorVoice Technology and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, texts, logos, documents, downloadable files, and any components forming the website and app.
4.2 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any materials from the App or website without written permission from DoctorVoice Technology.
4.3 Modifying any materials or using them for unauthorized purposes constitutes a violation of DoctorVoice Technology’s copyrights and intellectual property rights. Written permission is required for reproducing or distributing materials, including use on another website or network-connected device.
5. Use of the App:
5.1 Doctors must use the App exclusively for medical purposes and consultations.
5.2 Doctors must adhere to professional and ethical standards while providing consultations, in accordance with Law No. 150 of 2019.
5.3 The App must not be used for clinic promotion or advertising.
5.4 Doctors must provide accurate and professional consultations based on the patient’s submitted information.
5.5 Sharing any misleading or illegal information is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Privacy:
6.1 Doctors must maintain the confidentiality of patients' health information and must not share it with any third party.
6.2 DoctorVoice is committed to securing patient data and protecting it from unauthorized access.
6.3 Doctors must comply with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
7. Availability and Patient Communication:
1.7 Doctors will set their preferred times for availability to respond to medical consultations via the application.
2.7 Communication with the patient should be conducted solely through the application's designated tools to ensure the confidentiality of conversations.
3.7 With each incoming consultation or follow-up request, an initial AI report will be attached. This report will include a patient information template, symptoms, preliminary diagnosis, and treatment suggestions to help the physician quickly review the case before responding.
4.7 The doctor acknowledges that any reports or summaries generated by the AI systems within the application are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. The doctor bears full responsibility for reviewing, verifying, disregarding, or accepting any AI output, which does not replace their independent professional judgment. The use of this tool is the physician's full responsibility in accordance with Article (5) of the Medical Liability Law.
5.7 Doctors must respond promptly to patient requests for consultations and follow-up appointments (audio health complaints). Physicians may ask patients for additional information about their condition, as well as request imaging of affected areas and/or order X-rays and laboratory tests to provide appropriate medical advice.
6.7 Doctors must respond quickly and comprehensively to patient consultation/follow-up requests and questions.
7.7 Communication with patients must always be clear and professional.
8.7 Once a doctor has marked a case as "available" through the application, they must respond to any incoming consultation within a maximum of 7 minutes.
9.7 If a follow-up request is received and the doctor is "unavailable," the follow-up request must be answered within a maximum of 3 days.
8. Fees and Payments:
1.8 Fees are collected through the payment methods available in the application, and the dues are transferred to the doctor’s account based on the following financial values within Egypt: 120 pounds for the specialist and 240 pounds for the consultant for each consultation or follow-up from users (patients) on a one-time payment system. Specific discounts are applied to the monthly subscription system for users. The consultation is conducted through a conversation via the exchange of voice messages between the doctor and the patient. After providing the consultation, the doctor himself closes the case or adds it as a follow-up according to his assessment of the medical condition.
2.8 Doctors must adhere to the established payment procedures and refrain from attempting to circumvent the application's financial system.
3.8 Payments, in full or in part, will be transferred monthly on the 5th of each month upon the physician's request to withdraw earnings through the application.
9. Reviews and Complaints:
9.1 Patients can rate doctors' services, and ratings will be displayed transparently on the App.
9.2 Doctors can submit complaints or suggestions for service improvement through designated support channels.
9.3 DoctorVoice reserves the right to review ratings and complaints and take appropriate action.
9.4 Doctor performance will be evaluated based on response time, response rate, and patient reviews.
10- Account Suspension and Termination
10.1 DoctorVoice reserves the right to suspend or terminate a doctor's account in the event of a violation of the usage policies or based on patient complaints.
10.2 A doctor may terminate their account upon prior notice to the application, provided that all outstanding dues are settled.
10.3 In case of suspension or termination, the doctor will be notified of the reasons and actions taken.
10.4 DoctorVoice may consider the following as violations of its usage policies and grounds for terminating the cooperation agreement with doctors or temporarily suspending the account:
• Providing inaccurate or misleading medical information: If a doctor provides incorrect or misleading medical information to patients, leading to misguidance or negatively impacting their medical decisions.
• Misuse of patient data: If a doctor misuses patient data, such as unauthorized access to personal information or using it in unlawful or unethical ways.
• Ignoring or mishandling patients: If a doctor repeatedly ignores patient inquiries or behaves unprofessionally or uncooperatively with patients.
• Violation of privacy and security: If a doctor fails to comply with data protection and patient privacy policies, such as not properly securing medical information or exposing it to risk.
• Unethical or inappropriate behavior: If a doctor acts unprofessionally or unethically with patients or members of the application team.
• Sharing account access with others, as only one individual is permitted to use the account.
• Persistently communicating outside the application without necessity.
• Impersonating another user on the platform.
• Uploading a profile picture that is not the doctor's own photo, including using images of public figures or the doctor’s clinic logo.
• Creating multiple accounts and using them for any reason.
• Arranging for fake or fraudulent reviews.
• Failure to comply with the internal guidelines or policies of the application, which are designed to provide a safe and effective environment for both patients and doctors.
11- Legal Responsibility
11.1 Doctors are obligated to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Egypt while using the application.
11.2 Doctors are legally responsible for any consultations or information they provide to patients through the application and are obligated to refrain from providing misleading or inaccurate information.
11.3 Doctors must refrain from any unethical or unprofessional conduct that may negatively affect the reputation of the profession or the application.
11.4 Doctors must accurately assess cases and provide appropriate medical guidance based on the presented medical condition, bearing in mind that remote consultations may require in-person follow-up in most cases.
11.5 Doctors must deal responsibly with any medical error that may occur during consultations provided through the application.
11.6 Potential medical errors must be reported to the competent authorities, and appropriate corrective measures must be taken.
11.7 The doctor bears full responsibility for the interpretation of X-rays, laboratory tests, and medical reports.
11.8 The doctor bears full responsibility for prescriptions, their incorrect use, and any adverse effects. 9.11 The physician is responsible for compensating the patient for any losses, costs, fees, or expenses arising from the provision of incorrect medical information.
11.9 If the doctor deems the condition a medical emergency, they must immediately advise the patient to contact the Egyptian Ambulance Service at 123 or go to the nearest hospital.
11.11 The doctor is obligated not to send any treatment plan or digital prescription without first informing the patient and explaining the nature of their illness, its severity, and the potential medical complications that may result from the treatment. The doctor must also obtain the patient's consent before implementing the plan if the patient is of sound mind and legal capacity, or the consent of their guardian, custodian, or legal representative if they are legally incapacitated or partially incapacitated, or a relative up to the second degree (informed consent).
12.11 Doctor Voice Company has the right to seek recourse against the doctor for the full value of any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, that the company is obligated to pay as a result of the physician's use of the application's services or arising from the provision of incorrect medical information.
12- Compliance with Professional Ethics
12.1 Doctors must adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics while providing medical consultations.
12.2 Doctors are prohibited from publishing or providing any misleading or inaccurate information to patients.
12.3 Doctors must interact with patients with honesty and respect.
13- Policy Amendments
13.1 The application reserves the right to modify the terms of use from time to time. Doctors will be notified of any changes via email, in-app notifications, or SMS to the registered phone number.
13.2 Continued use of the services by the doctor after amendments implies their acceptance of the updated policies.
14- Governing Law
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution should be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent Egyptian courts.
